Best realtor in Las Vargas 
99% of realtors lie and sell houses in poor condition to pocket the profits. She does not lie and considers both the seller's and buyer's standpoints to make the right sales. There was no realtor like this. Junko did a very honest job. 

We found Junko through her very informative website. We were looking for an agent who was sincere, honest, knowledgeable, diligent, friendly, and patient. We just moved from Hawaii with little knowledge of the Las Vegas market, so trust was at the top of our list. To our amazement, Junko was a perfect fit! From the moment we first met, we knew she would be the one. And she proved that our choice was the right one.

1. Communication. She is quick to respond, and remembers all prior communications plus alpha. She compares and explains various areas to consider, and quickly prioritizes our needs and preferences.

2. Knowledge. Not just about the properties themselves, she provides valuable information about surrounding areas and some future developments in planning so we know what our living situation will be 5-10 years from now.

3. Trust and honesty. She is very candid about discussing pros and cons of the properties. She literally saved us from purchasing a property that we liked but turned out to be "not so good for us". We will forever be thankful for that. On top of all these, she is very funny and fun to be with. Our transaction closed smoothly and we are very happy with our new home, and now we are looking forward to getting together with her for lunch. Yes, she is our good friend now.

We relocated from Northern California in April 2021 and had Junko-san kick up the hunt for a home in Vegas prior to the move. We can be difficult to handle since we're internet sleuths and monitoring for new properties hitting the market in near real-time, but she ran with us the entire way. The most important qualities you can find in a realtor is a.) trustworthy, and b.) hustle, and she had both of these in spades. She was very responsive to our needs and facilitated virtual tours for us before the move to Vegas, which was crucial to understanding the market better before going harder on offers. We ended up winning a home in Summerlin thanks to Junko-san, and we couldn't be happier.

This is my second time buying a house in the United States, but I'm really glad I asked Ms. Shimada to help. If you ask a question, she will thoroughly investigate it. She also easily explained the documents in English to Japanese, and even if it had nothing to do with her work, she was able to help resolve our questions and concerns.
